What is collected

When you use the enquiry form, the name, email, phone number, organisation and message you enter are sent by email to Sumit Jayant Deogam. No other personal data is collected by this website, and no tracking or advertising cookies are used.

How it is used

Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you engage my services, to deliver them. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement and any legal obligations require.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data you have shared. Write to hr@sumitdeogam.com and it will be handled within 30 days.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
